Hot stone massage therapy is a deeply therapeutic, relaxing treatment using stones of different temperatures which are placed along muscle groups.

A treatment allows rebalancing of body tissues and helps melt away tensions, making it perfect for achieving mental wellness. Stone therapy also relieves muscle aches and pain. The heat from the stones relaxes muscles and improves blood circulation. This all helps to create a total sense of well-being.

Stone massage therapy can be used to treat a variety of health conditions such as: Back pain and aches, poor circulation, osteoarthritis and arthritis pain, stress, anxiety and tension, insomnia and depression.

What to expect during a treatment:

The stones are used to massage the client and each stroke is extremely powerful. Several stones are placed on the client, working on chakras / energy centres.

Aromatherapy oils are included in this treatment.
