Benefits of an Aromatherapy treatment:

Aromatherapy uses natural oils from flowers, fruits and other parts of plants to improve physical and mental well being. These oils are known as Essential oils and have a wide range of therapeutic properties.

Essential oils are especially useful for promoting relaxation, alleviating emotional problems such as anger and grief, strengthening the immune system, overcoming insomnia, encouraging healing, fighting infection, managing aches and pains and dealing with chronic illness. Together with the healing touch of aromatherapy massage, they work to alleviate many health problems and regular treatment will help the body stay fit and healthy.

Aromatherapy takes a holistic approach to healing by considering the whole person and treating both the physical and emotional symptoms and is the therapy for relaxation.

What to expect during a treatment:

Holistic total body care to bring balance and stress relief, using the healing power of essential oils ad advanced massage techniques.

Vibrant Space facial and neck treatment
A rebalancing facial using natural products, enhanced with additional massage of the neck and shoulder to relieve tension and stress.

Approximately 35 mins £16

Other aromatherapy treatments, such as Back massage and Aromatic foot massage are available to treat tension, muscular pain and fatigue, using advanced massage techniques and individual blended oils - please enquire

At the Vibrant Space School of Aromatherapy, we specialise in professional training courses in Aromatherapy, accredited by IFPA (International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists).
