Aromatherapy Upgrade Programme
Accredited by IFPA

This course offers a review and refresher to professional standard in Aromatherapy, Massage and Bodywork including Therapeutic and Remedial Massage, and Clinical Sciences.

Train in small friendly groups, at convenient times (i.e. part-time, weekend courses) with an experienced and reputable school.

The Vibrant Space School of Aromatherapy specialises in professional training courses in aromatherapy, accredited by the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA).

Courses are suitable as upgrade from a basic qualification or updating from a lapsed professional membership.

It is our aim to develop the student to become a Professional Aromatherapist, with extensive underpinning knowledge. Updates and information on the U.K. Aromatherapy situation are included.

As aromatherapy training and education is constantly changing to achieve standardisation, and raise overall standards, the course includes assessments and follow-up assignments.

Upon successful completion of the programme graduates are eligible to become members of the IFPA and use the initials MIFPA.

The curriculum is carefully designed to meet with the needs of the future Holistic Aromatherapist, as well as covering the knowledge and professional organisation's core curriculum, and meeting National Occupational Standards (NOS).

Standards and curriculum are constantly revised to give the best possible level of training.

Mode of attendance:

This is a short programme of  approximately 42 hours over 5 days attendance, followed by submission of assignments.

This programme is only available to participants who have prior aromatherapy training to a professional standard.

The Vibrant Space School of Aromatherapy is located in Tywyn, Snowdonia - an area of outstanding natural beauty, which complements the nature of this therapy. Accomodation is available close by with a variety of guest houses to choose from.
